Speak and act appropriately; and more importantly, please remind the other party if you feel he/she goes out of the line.

Then, you can sign up and request a facetoface meeting to selected expert; if the expert accepted your meeting request, you can proceed to confirm the meeting (time and location) and submit payment. If you do not find what you want, you can post a requirement with your detailed concerns, and we will try to find an expert to help you out, proper experts will reach you by messaging (you will be alerted by email).
Yes. You may cancel the face-to-face meeting. Deposit will be fully refunded if cancellation is made 24 hours or earlier prior the meeting. Cancellation within 24 hours of meeting or student dismissal of meeting will not be refunded.
All experts have other responsibilities and a tight schedule. They will review and accept meeting requests on case-by-case basis. Please provide more information on your background and meeting request, to help to expert assess your needs and whether they can help.
Once an expert confirm your meeting request. The expert will provide a few choices of meeting time and location. You can pick one of those, or suggest other place and time.
If one party is late, meeting can be postponed respectively upon mutual agreement. If student is late for more than 30 minutes, the meeting is considered as “fulfilled” and deposit will not be refunded. If expert is late for more than 30 minutes, student can choose full refund or reschedule with expert.
You can file a report with TipBell after the meeting by contacting us. TipBell team will investigate all details and issue refund on case-by-case basis.
Yes. You can suggest on changing meeting location and time. However, if time or location change is made less than 24 hours prior meeting, refund is not available no matter whether the expert can commit to new location or/and time or not.
Yes. All Experts can choose their face-to-face meeting topic(s), and set the rate for each topic depending on the complexity of the topic.
With your knowledge and practical experience on a particular topic, you don’t need to prepare the meeting as a formal presentation. Just let the flow of the face-to-face conversation leads you to share your knowledge, story and experience with the student users.
You mentoring fee will credit to you account within 3 business day after the meeting confirmation. We will transfer all payment to your bank account on a monthly basis.
Yes. You can review all meeting requests before accepting them. And you can request more information from the student user to decide if you can help the student during the process.
Yes. You may cancel the meeting any time, but we appreciate a lot if you notify us as soon as possible, so minimize the impact to the student user’s schedule. All last-minute cancellation will be recorded to calculate your availability rating, if your rating is less than 90%, we will consider you are too busy to help students efficiently.
We will team up with you to listen to the student’s story, and find out what went wrong to improve student’s satisfaction. And we might need to refund part or all deposit to the student.
An ideal meeting time is between 1 to 2 hours. You need at least an hour to cover a comprehensive topic to fit individual needs, and the student’s attentive period may not last more than two hours.
No. You can choose when and how often you meet with student user according to you schedule. However, we encourage you to help students out as much as possible, and we believe they would enjoy meeting with you and appreciate your time tremendously.
